the advantages and disadvantages of a deed of assignment, home owner with mortgage of almost £200000 and 63. 33 months of iva paid 27 months to go. Any advice appreciated, long hours working and worry making me ill

Hi Julie and welcome to the forum
what exactly is the deed of assignment for? If your IVA has 27 months to run, I would have thought this would be ample time to conclude a PPI mis-selling investigation?
