Ann-Marie would like to know how the IVA affects her husbands pension.

Hi Ann Marie - who's IVA is it, yours or your husbands or joint? Whilst the pension is unvested I doubt creditors would be able to touch it as its written under a trust, but once it is in payment the pension payments he receives will be classed as income along with any state pension, and be included when calculating monthly IVA payments if he is involved in the IVA - im sure one of the experts will be along soon to confirm.
