I have an IVA and claimed PPI but have received a letter to say I have not claimed it.

Hi and welcome

I think most IVA companies are using third parties to claim for PPI and those companies are taking a blanket approach that all credit cards/loans have to be investigated [even if you swear blind that you have no PPI or have already claimed it]

Barry,
If there is any PPI to be claimed, they will sniff it out and claim it, believe me.

Even if you are 100% sure you have no more claimable PPI, they will still want to check for themselves, or get you to sign a contract saying that any future PPI claims goes to them.

Might be worth just filling in them forms. We signed our back in july 2012 and are still waiting for EIF to finalise it. We didn't have any ppi either. WE just wanted to make sure we meet all criteria of the IVA
