Hi folks; after what seems like an eternity trawling through the internet for answers I am going to give it one last shot and ask if anybody here can help??

My wife & myself are nearly 3x years into an IVA with thankfully no issues to date...

My wife is due to start self employed as a sole trader (can't do Ltd route as there is no bank that would give us a business account whilst in an IVA[:(]!). She is initially going to trade (dress agency) via a 12x month license to trade however this requires us to have Public Liability Insurance of up to £5M.

Is it possible to have Public Liability Insurance whilst in an IVA? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks!!!!

I read from another post a little while ago there is a company called HISCOX that may be able to help.

I changed my liability insurance while being in an IVA and didn't have any problems whatsoever.

Funny you should say that hair_bobbles because I'm with Hiscox!
