Grant Thornton are managing my iva which ended in Feb this year and I cannot get a response to when I will receive my certificate what should I do

Hi -- I am afraid all you can do is make a pest of yourself -- they haven't been closing cases for a while yet due to PPI and VAT issues -- but it does look like they are starting to trickle through now.

Well I am also waiting for my cc from grant thornton all we can do is contact them and make complaints against my ip because I am not happy with the length of time my iva has taken to close.

Our Iva finished in feb 2013 and I received my COC today. We ended up reporting GT to the financial ombudsmen as we were sick of lack of communication. I know the advice on here is that they hold no power but it worked,. Within a month we were all sorted. I can only advise people to do the same.

Well done on getting your cc from gt chali I wont be getting mine til december/january so thats what I have been told but even thats not guaranteed.
