Client went through IVA 7 years ago. Had a charging order applied by a creditor in the IVA. Wanted to know if charging order still applies or if that has been removed as now out of the IVA.

If the charging order wasin palce before the IVA started then yes it will still be in place unless the creditor agreed to be bound by IVA and release the charge
