Hi
Does anybody know how it takes for Cleardebt to issue completion certificates once the IVA is completed?
I've read all the horror stories about GT and hope Cleardebt is not the same!
Many thanks

Cleardebt are fine and have had no problems. Contact Size5 who posts here and he will confirm this.

Sorry Michael, but cleardebt are most definitely NOT fine.
I have posted on another thread to do with them, but I completed a F & F over a year ago, and despite David Mond's posts regarding taking assignment over PPI and issuing completion paperwork this certainly has not happened with me. my advice to Julie.06 would be to make sure you are on their case every day to make sure they live up to their 'claims'

I have to admit that they were very helpful to us when all the PPI problems arose so i am surprised that they seem to be getting a bad press. I am sure it is just a blip.

I agree with dawnyosf, I completed my 6 year iva a year ago and have finalised all ppi, vat etc but am still waiting on my completion certificate. I have e-mailed my case officer several times with no reply and rang cleardebt around 4 times. On each telephone call I was promised a call-back but I am still waiting. Don't like complaining but the step will have to be a complaint in the hope that things will move forward.

still nothing, I was expecting a call Friday from my case worker, after insisting I get to speak with my IP, David Mond, but nothing then, and nothing today.
unfortunately, as I work full time, I am unable to keep ringing them, and harassing them seems to be the ONLY way to get any comment from them...to say I am really disappointed with them is an understatement, and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone.
enough is enough CLEARDEBT, get your act together
