Good Morning,

I am getting myself in awful stew to be honest. My IVA was finished in September with my final payment. This went back to court 18 mnths ago due to my fall in wages and I requested a further 6 months to pay, this went to court and was agreed that due to my fall in income I was to pay 17 mnths at £300 instead of the £380 (wages dropped by £300 per month) all monies now paid.

Grant Thornton have now requested a final review of the past year as they say I may owe them more money!!! even now this IVA is finished and say that they are also going for any PPI before closure, this has already been done as over a year ago £12,600 was claimed and put back into my IVA. I really done know what to do as I have done as the court requested, never missing payments for the five and a half years. What am I doing wrong?? and should I seek legal advice?

I have got myself in such a state.

Please can I have some advice

Many thanks, Karen

You need to speak to GT and ask for a breakdown of where they got the arrears figure from. It is possible that the reduction meant an extension but GT would know for sure.

This sounds as it can be easily resolved Karen, if you get a full statement of account from GT. This should easily produced in an instant and e-mailed to you.

Thank you for your advice, I have never had a statement from them only the one after it went back to court and was agreed
