Hello there we finished our iva back in April 2013 I have been on the phone to grant thornton this morning to ask about our completion certificate and they are now saying they want another income and expenditure form from us any ideas why they want this ????

Hi phil and welcome I am also with gt but I dont understand why they would need another expenditure form from you as you have completed your Iva you need to contact gt again and find out why they need it again.

Hi Phil also try and email them as well ask them the timescale for your completion certificate. My last payment to grant thornton was august 2012 I am still waiting for my completion certificate by the sounds of things I wont be getting it until January 2014 it could be longer, yes please let us know how you get on.

I cannot see any need for an income and expenditure summary to be reviewed at the end of a case - but there may be a specific reasons for this in your case Phil, so best wait to see what GT have to say.

Hi Fletch2004 I emailed grant thornton a couple of weeks a go they got back to me and said as you know there has been a delay in passing your case to our closure team, however I wish to advise that I have now added your case to our system and I will ensure that it is treated as a priority due to the delays you have already experienced this process to close the iva down usually takes 6 months to complete however we aim to have it closed within 3 months.

I have had basically no contact with mark allen or anyone from gt since my last payment august 2012 I only made contact with gt in august 2013 myself I thought that that my company would of contacted me before this but they havent I have also made a complaint to gateway as well they have responded I have to wait 10 days for a response back.

my last annual report that I got was with blair endersby and then gt took over in 2012 i had about 5 payments left I haven't got any from gt yet.

I would chase up a copy of the last report to creditors - it may be that your report got lost in the post.

Someone else who has not received a Annual Report from GT. Anyone see a pattern here

Hi Phil - any update from GT yet as to why the I&E was needed? Hopefully there is a simple explanation and with the right info they can set about preparing your certificate.

I'm having big issues with GT. They say they passed my case to the closures team in April this year,and I'm still waiting for my certificate. I called again today and the "customer service" person just fobbed me off with "there'a a backlog, and I can't put you through to closures for them to give you an indication of when you should receive it as they don't have a direct line". I'm sensing a long wait here.

Hi Melanie I just rang gt to send me out an annual report from my last payment the lady asked me why do I want it I said I didn't receive it in the post so she said she will send it out to me.
