I am in the final year of my IVA, and like many others I am curious about Equity in Finance, having received much correspondence and forms re: potential misold PPI I received a letter from at least two creditors saying I was owed refunds, one quite substantial and that this would be dealt with within a month, that was in June, PayPlan are supposed to receive the repayment and I am supposed to be allowed a percentage, yet PP say they have received nothing regarding this. I contacted EinF and they said that there was a missing document before it could be settled, I fulfilled the requirement and also received at least two other PPI claim forms (that I felt convinced I had already completed some months ago, I seem to have completed more forms than I had creditors. I also told them I did not recall paying PPI but they told me that did not matter, as I may have paid it unknowingly. I also understood that I had to complete the forms as I was in the IVA and money may be clawed back for my Creditors. Having cooperated thus far, I have heard no more from them on the subject. I have read other people's comments and feel that this whole thing is quite futile. I cannot find an email for them, and searched on the internet regarding EiF only result in forum posts via IVA forums! I even searched with their address but no results! I did once receive an email from a staff member as it is mentioned in one of my letters, but cannot find the address.

Any ideas regarding any of this, or, indeed EiF itself?

I suggest that you discuss this with your IP, as they have engaged the services of this firm and need to ensure that their clients' PPI reclaims are being processed appropriately.
