I finishd my iva with gt nov 2012 still no completion certificate but now asking for income breakdown why is this when I have completed all my payments

I have no idea why they want this information now. Have you queried this with them at all?

I would ring them/email them and ask why? and whilst on the phone or in an email ask where your certificate is?
