Why do you ask Traceym? Are you having some problems with your IVA, or are you just looking to enter into one?

I'm asking because I finished my IVA last October and this month is my 6 year and have yet to recieve a completion certificate?!

Have they given you any reasons what is causing the delay in your closure? Is it something to do with a PPI investigation?
