My certificate has finally arrived.
My IVA was passed in court in March 2007 so you can see it has taken some time extra.
Need to get all my files updated now.
God knows how much time that will take and how long to be taken off the IVA register.

Fab news! Hopefully not long before off the register and your files you can sort yourself in due course. Congratulations.

I started my iva July 2006. Paid a f&f settlement April 2012 . I was included in mass variation august 2013. I cannot get through to gt. Have sent 5 emails this week and have not even had an automatic reply. It is now 7years & 3 months, how much longer do I av to wait. I did get an email in August this year to inform me that it has all been agreed and I should receive my CV by early October. Early Oct has now passed..or do they mean mid - end Oct. Has anyone who was included in gt mass variation in August this year received their cc yet? Please let me know waiting anxiously.

Credit files will happen automatically ...biggest thing you can do is to write to those creditors that hold default dates after the date the iva commenced and ask them to amend their records.
It might take two or three attempts but worth it ...enclose a copy of your completion certificate

Shooter I was with Cleardebt.
Over the last few months I have used this forum to vent my frustration.
Rather than emailing them appeal on this forum for one of there experts to contact you.
otherwise give it with both barrels on this forum and they will eventually get in touch.
