We are in an iva and have been for 3 years And are now being hounded AGAIN by Mitchell Farrar who have now appointed yet another PPI company EIF to try to claim back PPI we had 2 years of Investor Compensation calling us everyday writing to us
We are not signing there forms again any thoughts
We do not want to do all of this again

This is really not good practice for any company to hound people year after year. Were the PPI claims finalised with the first ones investigating it, as if they were then there is nothing to claim surely.
