I ask because my Full and Final offer was accepted (YAY!) and the monies have been paid (YAY!) and now has been forwarded to the closure team.

There's still the annoying issue of a Barclays PPI claim which has suddenly crept out of nowhere but I'll leave that to EIC to sort out. Anyway...

Reading this forum and the huge amount of people who have had trouble getting their completion certificates from GT is scary and is putting a real downer on everything for me. They have quoted 6 months to wait but it looks like some of you have been waiting for years.

Has anyone had a positive experience?

I am sure that a lot of GT clients have had a very positive experience during their IVAs, and there have been several postings on the forum of late where GT seem to be closing cases much quicker if there are no reasons for delay. My guess is this won't happen in your case until the PPI claim has been resolved, but there is no harm in pestering away in the meantime and asking to be kept informed of developments on a regular basis.
