Does anyone know what documentation simple debt solution require from you on you first yearly review?

Hello Chrisd7627 welcome to the forum
Only SDS can confirm exactly what paperwork they will need from you so best to go back and check with them. IP companies can vary in this area so best you are prepared for what they expect.
There may be other posters from SDS who can come on and confirm what they have had to present at reviews.

You will generally need all of your wage-slips for the past year, and a detailed income and expenditure summary. Some firms also ask for bank statements, and you may be asked for further information to verify increases in expenditure if they have changed materially from the figures you provided within the IVA proposals.
