Hi c.j it should be headed something like Certificate of Due Completion. Check with your IP.

I checked with my IVA company and I have recieved my CC.

Well I followed the advice of sending GT an email with Iva forum as the subject line, complained about still not receiving my CC after final payment in May 2012 and surprise surprise I haven't received an email response. But I have received a letter in the post from GT telling me what the complaints procedure is! I despair. What does it take to get an update/answer from these people?
