Nearly a year since finished paying IVA with GT still no clearance certificate...all i geet is we have a bcklog trying to clear..something going on

Hi Anyen - I do believe they are doing all they can to clear their backlog with their own cases and any of the portfolios they have taken over. I know it must be disheartening to have to wait but try and escalate it to see if you can be given an idea of timescales.
