Hi,

We completed our IVA January 2012. Looking into moving now but our credit reports are still showing that the IVA hasn't been settled. Is anyone able to advise how we fix this?? Many thanks, Natalie

Hi natty , have you received your completion certificate ? If you have you will need to send it into the 3 credit ref agency's .

I'm not sure we ever did receive one but will check with my husband later. If we haven't who do I get this from??

Hi Natty -- are you still showing on the Insolvency Register ?
Who is your IP ?

you get your CC from your IP company when IVA term is completed normally 60 months (PPI issue aside). Remember your IVA stays on your CR for six years from the date of the IVA began. You can check the insolvency registar just google it and type in your name

Just checked and it is showing as active on the insolvency register. We were with Grosvenor Partners so I will phone them tomorrow.

We started our IVA January 2006 and finished Jan 2012.

I would chase up your certificate , once recieved send to the insolvent service and the credit agency's

Hi natty you can contact the insolvency people through the web site and scan across your certificate, then do the same with the credit ref agency's, make sure you keep a copy for yourself x
