Hi ok my IVA was approved on the 17th of July, Vanquis bank are still constantly calling sometimes 3-4 times a day apparently they have no idea about the IVA. Confused or what.

The elbow has not communicated with the posterior yet, it is a pain but the calls will stop once all the departments get the same hymn sheet. Just takes time I'm afraid.

Messages take a few weeks to filter through bodies corporate -- and call centres seem particularly hard of hearing ! But they will stop

They will stop eventually, maybe you can refer them to the Insolvency register like I had to with Barclaycard at the outset of my IVA.
Takes a while to filter through all departments.
