I have just paid in my last IVA Payment today so hopefully i am completed ,just the last review as i had a 6 month extension so next month i have nothing to pay but await for all this review stuff to be out of the way with the last 6 months of payslips and P60 and wait for the COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.

Congratulations Andrew and do not let the CC stress you. The payments are over, the reviews are over and your credit file will be cleared up in about 6 months time.

Hopefully the CC follows soon but in the meantime relax and enjoy tonight.

Well done on completing your journey. You say that you had a 6 month extension - was that due to payment break? Did you have to do any equity release?

So pleased and you will soon be on my closure list! The figures 66/66 seem very scary - and I imagine they were to you at various stages of your journey, but it has been a pleasure for us to act for you and I will get your case closed as soon as I am able.

Hope you don't have to wait as long as I have to get your completion certificate, Still waiting having settled early in May 2012.

The reason I had an extension is because I had a payment break due to job loss and also had a slightly reduced salary.

the good nes for you is that you have Mels co acting for you , who from previous posts dont mess abaout and seek to get CCs issued as soon as poss

15 months on from my last payment & approaching 9months since my CC was issued on 1st November , im loving life & having spare money each month. I do wish i had never nneded to enter an IVA but I did & the strict budgeting I had for nearly 6 years taught me a huge lesson in financial planning. It matters not when payday is these days as I always have ample in the bank, not because I earn mega bucks , but because i spend wisely and being skint for years I now appreciate the value of money

I would like to say Thank You to everybody that has been so supportive and Melanies Team even though I have sometimes let the IVA drive me insane.
The whole thing has been a rollercoaster but I have finally I hope come through it.
Need to get my work to send me a copy of my P60 as I cannot find it anywhere for the final review.
I will still be posting on the forum as from now on in I think it is important that people know what it is like after the IVA and being Debt Free.

just e-mailed all my stuff over for the last review so hopefully all i need to do now is wait for my Completion Certificate.
It all feels a bit surreal at the moment and can't believe i will finally be debt free.
