I finished paying my IVA in November 2012 and have just received notification that i am due a refund from a PPI,Does this have to go into my IVA even though it is in the closure process and i have been told all creditors claims have been agreed? thankyou for any advice

It may be offset by the creditor against their debt in the IVA or it will likely go into the IVA 'pot'. This depends on the wording of your proposal so only your own IP could give a definite answer.
