Hi please may I ask what is the permitted time frame before we should receive the report about our annual review?
In the past we've always heard by now but this time seems to be taking a while.
If there is a time frame eg. 2 months or whatever - is that from the date you submit your details or from the date of your official anniversary?
We submitted our details on 22 June when they were asked for. However our anniversary date is 7 Aug.
When should we expect to receive the report so that I know when to chase for it if it hasn't turned up by then?
Thanks
Lisa

Hi -- I believe they have two months from the anniversary date to produce the report.

Thanks Foggy - that rang a distant bell for me too so I won't start chasing until after 7 October if I don't hear by then.... seems ages since they always ask for it early

Which firm are you with mab? Surely they must have provided you with a copy of their annual report by now?

Are you saying that you did not receive a copy of an annual report by 28 May 2013? If this is the case, then your IP has failed to comply with a statutory responsibility, and I think they need to explain this to you directly.
Which firm are you with?

This just does not sound right. I hope that the Payplan representative who occasionally posts on the forum will pick this up and invite you to contact him, so that he can investigate this further.
