Does anyone know at what stage the funds are distributed to the the creditors following the acceptance of an f&f? We had our offer accepted May 1st 2012 and paid the funds over that day. We are still receiving letters from our creditors showing outstanding balances. I forward them onto IP.
We are still waiting for our completion certificate due to ppi issues. We don't think we ever had any, but IP company need to satisfy themselves and the creditors.
Has anyone had dealings with Victoria Still as we have been waiting about 6 weeks for contact from her?

You need to get back to your IP and find out what the delay is. There could be PPI or VAT issues causing a hold up but these can be addressed and the file shut down. It does seem like a long time to wait.

I have chased IP a couple of times and am waiting for a response.
Can anyone answer the question are funds distributed once f&f money is passed across to IP as I can't understand why creditors are still contacting us if that is the case.

They should not be contacting you now - so let me know which ones are and we will sort them out. Some good news for you - I have scheduled your case for closure, as I cannot see any evidence that you have any PPI misspelling claims to make - and will contact you about this off-line to confirm the timescale we are now working towards.

That's fantastic news, thank-you Mel.
Black Horse and Santandar have both contacted twice over the last couple of months. I have forwarded all letters to your office. They were always the most insistent creditors.

They are incredibly bad to carry on contacting you, and I will be having words.
