Hi I am till waiting for a completion certificate from Grant Thornton even though I finished my IVA last October is this normal

Hi. I am afraid it is at the moment ( though not acceptable). We have some posters who have been waiting up to 2 years while GT sort out PPI and VAT problems.

Appears to be totally normal sadly....have only been waiting 11 months for mine so far.

Yes sadly normal, finished in October too and no certificate yet. Some people have been waiting for years

Have you asked them what specifically is delaying the closure of your case Ian, together with an estimated and realistic timescale for when this can be completed?
