I finished paying my Iva in may 2012 still waiting for certificate this morning I had a letter from grant thornton it was a annual expenditure form to fill in what do I do

ring them tell them to stop sending you them as you no longer have to fill them out.

Chances are this was sent in error. Drop Karol a line on
ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com putting only "IVA FORUM" in the subject line and she will be able to assist.

It will have sent in error. I had one, phoned uo and was told I wouldn't get a reminder.
Got a reminder, phoned up, they said a note was put on my file.
Got sent a breach notice, phoned up rather more crossly and no more came. I was told it was an automated system and that's why the notices kept being sent despite a person saying they wouldn't be sent any more.

It is not necessary to complete this, providing that you have paid in all of your contributions to the IVA.
