Does anyone have an idea on how much grant thorntons fees are for organising a F & F settlement? Just trying to work out calculations to see how much pence we will pay to the pound?

Creditors normally allow £300 for the variation costs and the other fees will be in line with the original proposal and Chairman's Report. No need to panic about what they charge as if it is too much creditors will reduce the fee.

It all depends on who is voting to what the fee will be. Many IVA companies will propose more than £300 and the fee will be modified at meeting.

Hopefully your offer is accepted Rosie as I am sure it would not be proposed if GT did not think it was a good one. Forget about dividend as it is more important that it is best offer.
