Well, the day is looming... tomorrow is the date of my creditors meeting!![:0]
The past 2 weeks have passed me by in a flash and I have remained relatively calm having put tomorrow to the back of my mind, however with the meeting so close panic is now starting to set in and I am dreading it!
I am so fearful that the proposal will be rejected and more than anything I just want to start on the road to debt freedom without any diversions to a DMP before I can try the IVA route again.
thankfully I am with Melanie and her team so I know I have great representation and I just hope that those representing my creditors are in a good mood and feeling generous tomorrow morning!
For now I will just have to try and see out the next 24 hours or so with my fingers (legs, toes....everything!) firmly crossed and hope that I can join the many others of you on the IVA journey!

Positive thoughts being sent your way! I remember the panic palpitations and anxiety feelings on day of meeting but we too with Mel and put my trust in her and its paid off!! You will be fine im sure! Let us know!!

You are in great hands - if they didnt think it would be accepted they wouldnt put it forward. So long as its your best offer you should be fine. All the very best.

Hi Lisa.53 we have everything crossed for you. All the hard work is done, its now down to the creditors but the team will work hard to ensure its as positive as it can be. I look forward to hearing some good news tomorrow. Look how far you've come already since the first chat!

Thank you. I am also hoping for that "good news" phonecall, Just hope and pray the creditors are feeling in a good mood and see it as the best option for both myself and them!
I do feel a lot calmer since that first conversation although I fear my panic will rear its ugly head if the proposal is not accepted, and if it is well I have my regulatory body to deal with then and hope they can be understanding also!
Thanks to you Tina, Mel, Claire and Amie too for all the hard work you have put in so far, very glad I found this forum - it has been a god send!

Thank you all for your well wishes, it's lovely to feel like you have support on here! I plan on an early night (if I can sleep) to try and put it to the back of my mind until the morning! I will let you know the outcome and hope its a good one!
