Hi All, due to complete my IVA in 6 months (:)) and am looking at buying a new place with my partner, can anyone suggest a mortgage lender that are 'post IVA friendly'?
One of our posters recently obtained an offer from a High street bank so worth a look at. Remember the IVA will be on your credit file for 6 years from date of acceptance.
