Hi All, I haven't been on this forum for ages but have found it invaluable over the years. I just wanted to say to everyone in an IVA there is light at the end of the tunnel. I've had confirmation that mine and hubby's finishes in September 2013 after 5 years. House was valued and we are in negative equity. I know it is hard and we have found it tough over the years but we can now see that the end is nearly here so hang in there folks it does get easier xxx

What happens at the end of the 5 years if the house has no equity in it?

Depends upon the wording of your proposal, Mitch. Most these days exclude the property if equity is less than £5k ( but some don't!).
