Probably not for a while (I made a F&F payment to GT in July 2012, the IVA entered the closure system in October 2012) and although it should (according to GT) take six months from then, PPI issues are holding things up. Have you had a purple spotty envelope about the PPI variation and have you sent it back? I was told that once variations are agreed there will be 6-8 weeks to sort out the systems (?) and then the closure process can take place. So I'm hoping fr some time in 2013 tbh. I do know some posters have been waiting a lot longer than I have as well....

I finished last June but GT are a total shambles of a company virtually impossible to correspond with them - have been waiting over four weeks for a return telephone call from Completions team

No-one here can really tell you how long things will take Kevin - but if your IVA payments concluded in Novemeber 2012, you should have at least have had a copy of the annual report to creditors - needed to be issued by January 2013 - which should have advised of an ancicipated closure date. Did you receive a copy of said report?
