Can I claim back bank charges ?

Hi Shakoar. If you`re in an IVA then my understanding is the creditors have a right to this sort of money. Some weeks after submitting my PPI forms I got a cheque for £7 being my (small) share of a settlement.

Hi
A few months before the end of IVA my IP put a claim in for bank charges on my behalf.
£143 was refunded and added to the IVA pot, also £9000 in PPI refunds was also distributed to my creditors.
I didn't receive anything at all except the satifaction that more of my original debt has been paid back.
Once my credit file has been cleaned up I'm ready for a brand new start.
