Hi folks, my wife and I entered a joint IVA last April. On checking both our credit files with experian and equifax there is no sign of any reference to our IVA. The accounts have defaulted but that's all. Is this normal or am I looking in the wrong place??

Hi rylee, I don't think this is normal but I've never looked at my equifax or experian credit file only my Noddle one and can see mine mentioned there. One of the others will know where it is I'm sure. x

Thanks, I always hear of people seeing on their credit files but we can't see it anywhere.

On credit expert it is down the bottom of your report after the electoral role section.

Thanks I've checked that section- public records information but no records held. Not sure why it hasn't been added. It's on the public register online though.
