Hi with the new regulations coming in about work place pensions does any one know if your allowed to join the pension scheme whilst your in an via ?

A very good question. I was allowed to remain in my pension scheme whilst in an IVA. I would definitely be bringing this up with your my IP If I were you. May minimal contributions with a view to increasing these when the IVA has concluded.
