who are we talking about?
they can only put up your payments if you have extra income coming in.
your mortgage does not have much bearing on it as it must be allowed for in your i@e sheet.
have you missed any payments or owe anything that you should have paid for overtime etc.
give us a bit more info.

Welcome to the frum and well done for getting this far. No one at this late stage will want to see your IVA fail.
I would encourage you to speak to your IP direct and seek answers as to what the additional monies is for and where they believe it has risen from....if your income has not changed and expenses stayed the same then I cannot see a reason. Has your mortgage rate changed leaving you with more moy each month by any chance?

Pick the phone up and chat to your IP.

Hi Ruffy. Welcome to the forum. Have you had an opportunity to update your I&E? Oi'm assuming your stating that your outgoings have increased in line with your wage rise. It would be worth getting the figures down before you call them back. As said - no-ine wants it to fail now. Best of luck x

I am still sure that no one will want your IVA to fail after all this time. Have you spoken to your IP or was it one of the case workers ? Sometimes the caseworkers overlook and it is beneficial to go to the next tier or higher.
If it were me I would insist on a conversation with IP direct and be sure to have all your expenditure listed line by line highlighting the increases against your change in income....keep the communication going ..hopefully this will be resolved in your favour x
