I received the information to complete my 2nd Review from Cleardebt on 1st Feb, I completed what I needed to, photocopied my P60, payslip, bank statements etc and posted it all back on Friday 8th Feb. Was sent back in a prepaid 1st class envelope. Thats it's done till I hear back from them I thought. Got a letter in yesterday - a reminder saying I had not responded and that If i don't send all the info back within 7 days, the arrangement will be in default. Tried calling them yesterday but their main office isn't open till monday.
So annoyed....Annoyed that either Royal mail have misplaced the envelope or cleardebt have! More annoyed that it contains personal information ie national insurance number, bank statements etc.

Anyway, I will call Cleardebt in the morning to explain that it was all sent back and I guess I will have do to it all again and re-send. This time I will pay to send it recorded delivery. At least then it should definately arrive!

Didn't help getting it yesterday as i had food poisoning and felt rubbish!

Sorry - Moan over!!!

Hope you're feeling better, I've been laid up with this flu virus thing, beginning to feel a little more human now but might take tomorrow off work as it's not fair on others.

I would always send it recorded delivery where possible or scan and send is that an option? Hope it's sorted soon never nice when things like this happen but hopefully just a blip and the review itself will go fine. x

Thanks Lesley, yes feeling a bit better today...not nice when there is things going around.

I don't think scanning and emailing is an option. Posted it in a main post office so foolishly just assumed it would get there.

Never mind, just don't want them to think i am ignoring it.

Hope you feel better too :)

im sure you will find that if it has gone astray, Cleardebt will be fine, albeit there may be a delay as a result of you having to photocopy the doca again , but you had the forethought to keep the originals, enabling you to copy them again

i wouldnt worry too much about review, as most forum members tend to find increases to monthly payments ( if any at all ) usually tend to be minimal
