Hi all.
Well my iva was paid off 2 years ago next month and i have still not received my certificate to say its beyond a joke is an understatement.i have signed my ppi claim over to the people who were doing my debt managment i was also told as i have critical illness cover should i have cancer god forbid they are entitled to that to.
All i want is my certificate its been far to long will i get it back anytime soon.
I ask the debt management company and i keep getting fobbed off it might be 3mths it might be 6mths?

That is terrible asdadavy.
Have you contacted them to find out exactly what is holding them up ?
Have you considered following the company complaints procedure?
If you know your IP, I would demand to speak with them as a matter or urgency, and request the above information.

I was told once the claim had gone through for ppi and whatever the outcome you may get your certificate in 3mths or you may get it in 6mths.
The thing that annoyed me the most was i was told they could apply for my ppi which i was happy for them to do but no this was not the case i had to to apply and do all the paperwork cos if i hadnt i would of breached my iva.
There should be a law against keeping hold of your certificate for this amount of time

I am going to copy my letters and pass onto the ombudsman maybe they can get my certificate as i cant

Ridiculous state of affairs and no excuse for it. Let us known how you get on with ombudsman.

Disgusting behaviour ...it is so unfair for anyone to be left in this position. I would be on the phone daily and certainly would not give up ....
