Hello all.

Would anybody be able to list any iva companies that they are aware of who consider low di and/or low divs?

I was considering a full and final, however have had to accept a much lower offer on house to get it shifted, so will only just cover moving costs etc.

It would be tight to offer even £100 per month, and at most, I think my creditors would get no more than about 10 in pound. They'd get pretty much nothing in bankruptcy, and I'd also lose my job and my rented house, so would like to avoid that. Have looked at a dmp, but that would take about 38 years , and because of the way benefits top up my income, if my salary increases, my benefits drop, so my income is sort of capped at what I currently take home.

Cheers for your help in advance. X

Hi, why not contact 2 or 3 companies to have a chat? www.iva.com is a good starting point and all debt solutions can be discussed. I stand to be corrected but it may be cleardebt that may be able to assist with low dividend.

I think Cleardebt will consider low D.I. The dividend at 10p in the pound is higher than some I have seen accepted. So, take Lesley's advice and have a chat -- make Cleardebt one of those calls.
