The circumstances are our iva will fail because we had PPi payment that was not declared IVA supervisor getting really heavy as we did not put into bank and spent money on vet bills and living
Any PPi monies are seen as an assest and should be paid into the IVA, failure to do this can cause a whole host of problems, have you spoken with your IP?
Was the PPI payout a lot of money?!?!
