My IVA has not failed yet but I am pretty sure it is about to as IVA Supervisor is annoyed and our review is due now and we have received a breach notice saying we must pay money back within 28 days and if they think about extending iva how long would that be how do i find out how much we have paid into the iva as it has been going for 3 years desperate sorry

This will require another meeting of creditors and may depend on how much was reclaimed. Creditors may accept a years extension in lieu of the money but if it a large amount they may not be too forgiving.

You need to speak to your IP for guidance.

whay was the breach issued and what is the money to be paid back ? is it additional income or have you missed a payment

How many missed payments are there on your IVA, and do you have a proposal to put to your IP as to how this may be rectified. I am sure that no-one will want your IVA to fail, but you will need to address the arrears to avoid this.
