I am in an iva 3 years and received ppi refunds and did not tell my iva company i was totally unaware that i had to declare as it was my payments

Welcome Lorraine. I believe this may be a breach of your IVA. You must check your paperwork thoroughly and inform you IP as soon as you can. Are the regained funds still fluid.....or gone?

You do need to speak to your IP as soon as possible about this and see if you can find a way round this.

Did they not ask you at the end of each year, as part of the annual review, to confirm whether you had received any unanticipated receipts during the year? How much have you actually received?
