can I use an IVA if I owe the inland revenue 20k in employee and national insurance payments.
i owe about 20+30+13+ and soon they are all going to be asking to have it paid or take me to court.

Take advice from a couple of experts....use www.iva.com as starting point...here you will find recommended IPs who will offer you free impartial advice many of who post on the forum as experts and come highly recommended. HMRC can be included in your list of creditors.

Hi, I had a somewhere inbetween 15 and 20k owing to the inland revenue on my iva. Hope that helps

The above link is a good starting point to discuss all debt solutions with an expert. Always give 2 or 3 a ring to receive that all important impartial case specific advice. All the best. x
