Hi all

Can someone clarify the text below please . I am sure it is obvious to most but i am trying to see if PPI can be captured by my IP or not . It is a 5 year old IVA.
It states under excluded assets "no other relevant or significant assets owned by me have been excluded from this proposal".
It then mentions the 2 cars we have under £3000 being excluded .
Not sure what this means if anyone can help .

Morning Steven, I would think, unless you have your CC, if PPI is available for capture by your IP, please rest assured, they will get it.

In as much as your excluded assets are concerned, your cars, i would think your IP has indicated that these are vital or (relevant) for you to earn a living, and they will not absorb them.

No cars could equal no job could equal no payment to IP.

I agree with theArtist i think they will have any PPI you are entitled to. But your cars are safe

Hi Steven, I agree it is pointing towards capture however, it might not hurt to ask your IP just to make sure, I thought mine would be captured until my IP told me otherwise, worth a call :-)
