Im with GT and made my last payment April 2012, i have had no communication from GT and iam still awaiting my certificate, i have made 6 calls to them but nothing has changed, how long should it take?

Just read all the negative Grant Thornton reviews on this site that should give you an idea.

Hi and welcome Stumpypenfold, Im afraid you might have some time to wait, many posters are in the same boat some of which have been waiting over a year, you can try Karol in the ask the experts a question section, put IVA Forum in the subject of the mail and Karol can normally get some answers for people.

HI All, Thanks for your advice and i have contacted the person and had a reply from another person at GT and they haved said that my closure review was not picked up after the final payment and thay have started it on the 23rd Nov 2012 7 months after my final payment. No actual reason why it was not picked up.
