With my IVA up in Summer 2013, how long will i leave it to add my name to the mortgage? Or if we go ahead say and rent somewhere for a while will that be better?

Hi, have you completed 60 payments during summer 2013. IVA's do stay on the credit record for 6 years from date of acceptance so if you need a clear record you'd need to wait a while longer.
