My iva fealled and i no longer on the regaster and no one is chasing me for money its bin over 26 weeks now

They will consider their options -- they have up to 6 years !
No doubt, at some point they will be in touch, in the meantime interest and charges will be racking up.

I agree with Lesley and Foggy, I can't imagine your creditors will forget. Don't be surprised if you don't hear from them eventually.

I'm sure they will come after you sooner rather than later - they won't let you get away with not paying.

Personally I would look into another debt remedy before they did come after me - if you do you might avoid the calls and letters again.

Dont no about credit files but can get a loan dont wont it just wont to see if i cude its from a doorcstep lend

A doorstep lender is no better than Payday loan companies and you are pretty well guaranteed to be offered one regardless of your credit history.
You would not be able to get a loan from a mainstream lender.
You really should check your credit files as well.
I agree with Skippy that you should look into another solution before you start getting the letters etc and rest assured that they will more than likely have started loading the debts up again with interest and charges.
