Looking at her previous posts I am guessing that the solicitor has informed GT that she has had a windfall.

An unfortunate set of circumstances. Many solicitors do a solvency check these days and, as has happened here, inform the IP. And, GT have already confirmed to another of their clients that the obligations remain in force until the CC is issued.
