Hi,
Check your credit record with all three agencies, Experian, Equifax and Call Credit and make sure there are no defaults after the date of IVA acceptance. If there are then send a copy of your completion letter to those creditors and tell them to remove the defaults.
The IVA will drop off six years from the date of acceptance.

You can do it online or write and ask for a copy. If you write it will cost you £2 a time. Experian do a free trial online (remember to cancel though)or you can sign up to Noddle (which covers Call Credit)for free.
The IVA should now have dropped off.
Well done for completing.

They may well just have a bit of a backlog. You could give them a ring to find out.

make sure the default that is on there is dated from the date your IVA was approved or before, it should have been applied after this date, if it has you need to ring the creditor responsible and ask them to change it or remove it
