when our iva concludes in sept next year what will happen as we dont have any equity in our home?
Hi there. What will happen all depends on what was agreed in your proposal.
In modern proposals there is usually a clause allowing the property to be ignored if little or no equity. However, proposals do vary --- so it is best to check your own paperwork or ask your IP for clarification.
