Has anybody received their completion certificate from them in recent weeks/months or received any update on the status of their closure? Thanks

Hi, not sure on this one but will keep it bumped up for any payplan customers that may have completed recently. x

Hi Sebastian 29. I paid my F & F on the 17/7 and was advised closure would take 3 months. I've had no correspondence apart from a receipt and confirmation of my F & F. Are you waiting for your CC? x

I finished my IVA payments on 30 May, apart from the last years statement, i have heard NOTHING from PP about my CC.

Spoke to PP today as I did f&f in march and still waiting. They said that they haven't closed anything this year. Shocking that its taking them so long to issue completion certificates when people have done there part of the agreement.

How can they say they've closed nothing this year!! That clearly isn't true!!

Exactly. I'm not best pleased at the moment with them.

I don't want to be annoyed with them as they have been great for 6 years however this wait is testing me now! Out of interest, what are 'returned creditor payments' on annual statements? Simply funds rejected and sent back to payplan?

I would think so Sebastian. And Payplan must still be closing cases surely?
